How can i bribe my dad?

i really need a phone. REALLY for athletics next year and im trying to arrange plans and i need to use peples phone about every single day. my dad says i need one. i made him a list of reasons i need one and he just didnt agree. it is so hard for him to agree. how can i bribe him to let me get one??? thank you alot
