The Heat/Raptors Trade?

So what does everyone think of Shawn Marion and Marcus Banks for Jermaine O'Neal And Moon? I think they will both benifit and for some reason i think the Raptors a lil more since Bosh was a beast last year by himself. But Dwayne Wade with a big man can be some damage! just wanna know everyones thoughts?
