Help!!! Eating problems?

I eat just like you. But I eat small meals every 4 hours, since I'm constantly moving. I read an article that it's actually better for you to eat several small meals a day rather than 3 big meals. That's not the exact same article I read, but it holds the same concept. Oh, and the fact that you run so much means your burning a LOT of calories, so don't lose all of them.
